ABOUT US
ABOUT OUR NAME
You must be wondering why we call ourselves the Green House Family Childcare. Well first of all our home is a place where you children can be loved, nurtured and grow. Giving children the right tools to learn helps them to grow mentally, just as water helps a plant mature into an adult and produce beautiful flowers. Applying the same method of growing plants that need to be taken care of and provided with all they things that make them wonderful. We provide all the tools that children need to grow to be bright, content, and loving. We teach the children how to care for there own plants as part of one of our activities, in our 1000sq ft garden.

ABOUT OUR FAMILY
Hi, my name is Jamie; I have been happily married for 7 years. My husband and I have three wonderful children. Cory, 8yrs. She is in the second grade. Kevin, 6yrs, he is in first grade. And Brad, 2years, and he is the sweetest little boy I could ask for.
HOBBIES:
I enjoy playing, teaching, and doing creative projects with my children. My children and I also love to garden. In part of our large backyard we have a 30ft by 30ft garden. There is mystery and wonder in growing things, the act of nurturing a garden nourishes the spirit. It seems like magic to the children, to see the transformation of a tiny seed into an alive, fruit-bearing plant. I also enjoy my animals, they have taught me more patience and persistence than any thing else.
I love to go camping; I really get pleasure from taking long walks and viewing nature, there is nothing like fresh air. I enjoy swimming, growing up along the Colorado River, in the middle of the desert there was nothing much to do but swim. I like off roading, and jet skiing, which I really enjoy doing with the company of my husband. Something I have only gotten my husband to do once, is horse back riding this is truly one of my passions. When I lived in Blythe my family and I had several horses. I learned to ride at the age of three. If truth be told there is nothing I enjoy more than horse back riding.
I am a faithful Christian woman, whom would never push religion on anyone. My motto for life comes strait from the Bible:
“You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body, and knit them together in my mothers womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! It is amazing to think about. Your workmanship is marvelous and how well I know it. You were there while I was being formed in utter seclusion! You saw me before I was born and scheduled each day of my life before I began to breathe. Every day was recorded in your book! How precious it is, Lord, to realize that you are thinking about me constantly! I can't even count how many times a day your thoughts turn towards me. And when I waken in the morning, you are still thinking of me! Palms 139:13-18. To me this verse is expressing how I feel about my children; how I was thinking about them before they were born, and how I am constantly thinking about them everyday and all the time. I love taking care of my children; I'm not saying that it's stress free and fun all the time, but by the end of the day I can look back and adore all the funny little things they said and did.
Because this is a family daycare I have included and introduction about my husband.
HOBBIES:
Joe's favorite kind of job is mostly outdoor types, like sprinklers, and landscape. He also enjoys woodworking. He likes taking pictures; he has taken some of the most beautiful ones of the waterfalls in Yosemite. He also likes to play basketball; he plays about twice a week. Joe really likes to jet ski, which is how we met. He also likes to off road, which he hasn't done for several years. He will start doing those things when the kids get older. He loves to use his skills and abilities in planning, organizing, diagnosing and performing all types of repairs and improvements. If anything goes wrong here at home it's handy to have him here to fix it.
